I began my career in Telecom Engineering in 2009, working with network protocols and hardware systems. By 2011, I had transitioned fully into software development — drawn by the power of mobile platforms to reshape how people interact with technology.

Over 14+ years, I've grown from writing Android apps in Java to architecting enterprise-grade mobile ecosystems that span Android, Flutter, IoT, cloud infrastructure, and secure BLE communication.

Why this approach: Clean Architecture enforces strict separation so the domain layer has zero knowledge of Android SDK or network libraries. This means business logic is fully unit-testable, frameworks can be swapped, and onboarding new developers is 60% faster because every feature follows the same directory structure and flow pattern.
Key design decision: Using MSAL's token cache with EncryptedSharedPreferences ensures tokens survive app restarts while remaining protected by device keystore. Silent token refresh happens proactively before expiry, delivering a seamless user experience without repeated login prompts.
Offline-first design: The payment system maintains a local transaction queue in Room DB, allowing the terminal to continue processing sales during network outages. On reconnect, automatic reconciliation syncs with the cloud while the EMV kernel handles card-present fraud prevention independently.
Reliability pattern: BLE connections are managed through a state machine that handles reconnection, GATT refresh, and MTU negotiation.
